Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Bounced Cheque - In lieu of salary
I am working in a consulting company. I haven't recieved my salary for the last 3 months. Director of the company has issued me a cheque for the salary which has now bounced. Can I somehow structure a case in a manner that court issues a non bailable warrant.
