Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

if in a businees one is left with nothing, no asset no savings, wt should he do. few cheques were issued as PDC, which now are in court. pls adv. one has to go behind teh bars or there is some escape

u have to explain this to court there they may find some solution
