Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Someone is calling me from India and saying they are going to cancel my passport and visa. due to non payment and I have to make payment today only. I am out of India but have cleared all bills in 2011.

Please suggest. Is this possible?

Dear Sir / Madam,

No, it is not possible for anyone to cancel your Passport. The person is giving you prank calls and if it continues, it is recommended to lodge an FIR in the local Police Station against the prankster so that the Police can trace the call.
