my case has been started in haryana against against 138 and 142 Negotiable act. Plz sugest me which is new fully applicable act in india by this i can transfer my case from haryana to delhi. because my bank account(which is now closed) is in delhi itself and my cheque of this bank account is also dishounoured by this bank.

You may file a Transfer Petition in the Hon'ble Supreme Court for transfer of your case from Haryana to Delhi.
However, the facts mentioned by you may not constitute sufficient grounds for transfer, inter alia, if a part of the cause of action arose in favour of the complainant in Hayrana.
In case you do not have plausible defence, it may be better to reach an amicable out of court settlement.
