what are the chances of recovering my money ( court judgment )according to a complaint u/s 138 of negotiable instruments act for dishonor of cheque and a civil suit for recovery filed u/o 37 of civil procedure code.

- how much time it will take in court

- about what percent chances are there to winl a case and recover a money

- will court recovers money by persons property or any other guarantee if accused says that he has no money left.
