Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I am chandan from banaglore. I have been cheated by my friend who have taken money from me and denying it now that he dint take any money from me. I used to give him cash and have no proof with me except an email that he sent me that mentions that he would return back the money. But he havent given me even single rupee back.Please tell me what can I do in this situation. Thanks

Dear Chandan,
Please give an ultimatum to your friend to return back your monies failing which you can report the matter to the Jaya Nagar, 4th T Cross Police Station who will have to summon your friend to the Police Station for questioning. Before borrowing money from a friend, decide which you need most.
To get what you want to achieve, you sometimes have to go in the opposite direction. Never allow yourself to be bullied. Ask questions.
