cheque bounce case

we lodges a case under section 138/142 for sum case. i want to civil case against respondent for property attachment. i want to know, what is the processe of this and any such court fees or stamp duty will be deposite by me.

the process is simple and u have to deposit court fee with the case and that is calculated as per the amount. file it under order 37 CPC
