Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Cheque bounce

Dear,

I have invested 40,0000 INR in a local business firm. As money return garrenty i have got the bank check for the same amount signed by MD. As they are not ready to return money,i submitted the check to bank, but it returned back as no fund. Now how i can i get my invested money back. Aslo i have the proof for the investment as i have given him the money as bank cheque transfer.Please explain me
