first u have to deposit it and on non payment you have to issue notice and when payment is not made even after receipt of notice then u have to file complaint. take care of time limits and technicalities.

- consult a lawyer

- issue a legal notice within 15 days of dishonour

- file a complaint u/se. 138 within 30 days of dishonour of cheque
