Cheque bounce.
Sir,
I have applied for a personal loan. i have already taken personal loan from HDFC and ICICI bank. i was not able to make 2 installment payments for ICICI loan. Now i am in urgent need of money (nearly Rs. 1,50,000). So now the HDFC bank ( to which i applied the personal loan). They said the application is rejected and my name is in cibil. please let me know what should be done in this case so as to remove my name from defaulter list from cibil

to remove your name, you would have to clear the loan amount and then apply to cibil for the same.
