CIBIL Default List

Hi, I am from Chennai. I got into a poor financial position during 2006-2008 and therefore unable to pay several of my loans. As a result went into defaulters list. I have repaid 75% of my loans now and would like to get out of CIBIL poor rating and start afresh as I have developed in my career. Is there a second chance? or do I have to await 7 years for auto erase? Kindly advice. godamngods@gmail

It depends upon your ability to convince others in case if you are contacted with regard to CIBIL report as it is an independent body.
