Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
A Client presented me with a SBI cheque which I deposited in my cash credit account at PNB bank. The Cheque bounced and PNB charged me with Rs. 200/- against cheque rejection charges. Shouldn't the client be charged and not the account holder. Do we have a case against PNB as this has happened three times now.
