: complaint regarding the unauthorized collection charges from my account

ON ONE FINE DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM HSBC CARDS , VERIFYING MY CARD NO AND VALIDITY PERIOD, WERE I STATED THEM. LATER ON WHEN I VERIFIED MY STATEMENT FOUND THAT THE INSURANCE AMOUNT RS.518.09/- WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Please note that after a phone call to my mobile, after collecting my card details , money was deducted every month from my card for Tata AIG - insurance.Even after i expressed my obstruction to go forward with that insurance , money is again continuosly absorbed from my account. I have been continuosly complaining on this but no action was taken. So i am not ready to pay this amount.This my problem .i am asking your opinion and solution

Consult a lawyer and file a case before consumer forum in your locality.

first, file a written complaint to the customer service cell. then, to the banking consumer redressal forum... if no action has been taken.. get all the relavant document and file a consumer case! consult a lawyer! ... you can also transfer all your A/c to some other bank also! and give a written specif instruction to the bank that no amounts should be withdrawn from your Ac in any case!

do not worry at all.

write a letter to the hsbc head office and send copy to the local office also, giving all such details for unauthorised deductions and sit back comfertably.

it is adviced that you get the letter tactfully drafted by some lawyer and send only then.
