Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

If the court order status quo on suit property then it is permissible that applying building sanction plan in mcd by the bonafied purchaser/defendant/party in partition suit regarding the registered will challenging by other legal heir , who owner as per sale deed and in physical possession of suit property , my question is this application come in contempt of court after the status quo order or not?

better move an application for impleading yourself a party and then seek permission for sanctioning the building plan.

If you are not party to the court proceeding, then technically Status Quo do not operate against you. Technically a status quo order only binds parties to the lis and not third parties.

However, in some of cases, courts have taken a view that, if third party is aware of the court order, and despite that you breached it, then court may consider contempt proceedings.
