Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I was into business, and my partner cheated me and ran away with all the money, then whatever I had I cleared all my banks and loans what ever possible, sold off the property and repaid. this was in period 1995-97. was into terrible tensions, lost everthing, at that time I had credit card, of which the payments could not be made, now recently the credit card people have started troubling me, for the payments, I told them that it is not possible for me, as I am running my family with lots of problems, as whatever I had is lost. But they still keep giving me call, and say that they will inform in R.B.I. as a defaulter and you wont be entitled for loans, I also told them that I dont care they can do so if they want, as on today no one will grant me loan by looking at my conditions. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Inform the police or else you may approach the court of law for the same for causing disturbances.

u can complaint in the police to stop them calling u and disturbing u otherwise u can approach courts too.
