Re: credit card

this happens very often now a days! - send a legal notice that you are not liable to pay the amount - and that you do not hold any credit card! and ask them to return the money (if any deducted from your account !) unawfully immediately with interest! - issue a strict written instruction to the bank manager that there should not be any deduction from your with respect to credit card or its transaction.

remember that in any case if you had given ecs option for some transaction - and once that transaction is over kindly intimate the bank to stop the ecs! otherwise if there is a request ( even automated computer request on error) the bank will deduct the amount as per your instruction!

also write to the

1.cutomer service cell - credit card division - of the bank

2. manager credit card division

3. banking consumer redressal forum - this is for any amicable settlement!

finally you if you do not get a favourable reply file a consumer case!

Re: credit card

you have not given proper details but it seems that the bank has deducted ur bank account for the credit card balance.

this is illegal and u can move to consumer court. i will advice you to file a criminal complaint also if u want better action.
