I just got reply to a question from Sudershan Goel
just want to continue with the question. As the bank said that it will be handed over to delhi and case will be filed there. On the basis that i have not paid for the due for 3 months. I am not in a position to pay as of now and nor i can settle as even if i go for settlement i wont be able to pay that either. Is it possible that they can take legal action if have not paid for 3 months. In case they cant recover than what would be the legal implication, i mean sentence or how it will proceed. Or is it anyway possible that they can still provide me sometime.

You may surely gain some time if you could establish your bona fides and willingness to settle within a reasonable time.
You may speak to the concerned people in response to their demand.
