Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i had a credit card in dubai. I had outstanding on it when i left the country. The bank had allowed me to pay in india. but i have not recieved any communication from the bank for payment options in india. Now i am getting calls from a legal agent saying i need to pay the dues of my dubai card. I am asking for a official account in india for me to pay it which they have still not provided. What should be my next move?

in case they do not have any offical account here in india, you need not pay. how much is due and where are you located?
