credit card dues

dear sir , issuing cheque numbers(not cheques) to bank in regard to settlement of credit card dues is legal? does they take action if i dont pay with any particular cheque number? plz let me know.

Yes you are in violation of the outstanding.

Please contact the Bank Personnel to settle the dues in the right way.

No,it is not a settlement.Bank can not do anything.
