credit card harrasment

i have got a credit card from a company. one day they call for their priority card membership which we did not approve . but they add that charge in our bill. now they are harassing us by calls,sms and mails. we have called their costumer care but they are of no use. they dont have any office in our city. should i go in the court. and can any contract can be done on phone......

you may send a written registered notice to stop; and if they do not, you may consider filing a complaint with the local District Consumer Court demanding damages.
