Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Credit card i held would have had at best a few thousands in 2006, i remember of informing the call center about my change of address. they didnt correspond then now after six years they are claiming 2lacs from me.. what do i do?

If there is no correpondence on that for 6 years, then it is time barred. you are not liable to pay.
