Credit Card outstanding

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received notice from Advocate on behalf of ICICI Credit Card Bank along with the notice of Lok Adalat and has asked me to be present at Lok Adalat and parallaly collecting payment from me thru their collection department i am confused and panic what the issue is and how to sort it out

Nothing to get panic about this issue. Attend the Lok Adalat on the date given in the notice and represent your case. (There will be some bargain, hence prepare yourself with the workings and seek waiving-off interest and also seek time for payment). Send us the feed-back, please.
