Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have a credit card outstanding which I am willing to pay. I have informed teh collection agent that I will settle it once you send me a settlement offer letter. However they are not sending it.Since I am in Dubai now I cannot make a direct payment in the bank. I am willing to take teh help of a lawyer to settle this.

yes, you must not pay unless they ready to issue an NOC and settlement letter to you and in case they have blacklisted you, they need to remove your name from the list. you may hire a lawyer to settle this as u in dubai.
