Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
i have credit card outstandings and not in a position to pay back now.due to unwanted visit of recovery agents at home i have shifted to another house and have not disclosed the new address.i have informed the bank by email that i have shifted( no address) and have adviced them to communicate with me thru mobile, email or can call me over to the banks office only...i have no office also at the moment.I am keeping the copy of the mails i have sent to the concerned bank.is there any unlawful repurcussion on doing this? i have been adviced by sum 1 that there is no need to meet the recovery agents who are 3rd party.

RECOVERY AGENT HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO COME YOU MAY OR MAY NOT MEET.
The Bank can not only file a civil suit, but also can file criminal complaint against you as it appears from facts.
Better contact a lawyer and set things right at the earliest.
