i have taken credit card and i have to pay certain balance amount, i lost my job and unable to pay i have decided to move to another country so that i can found a good job to meet my ends.i want to know weather i get immigration problem at the time of leaving india.

Is there any case against you filed by the bank ? What is amount you owe to the bank ? If the Bank has filed a complaint against you before the police , which the bank normally does not do , then it might be a problem and not otherwise.
