Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

credit card & personal loan

Respected sir, i m taking a cc & personal loan from various bank , all of them is around Rs.1500000/-, but this time my situation is i m not able to pay minimum amt to bank. if the collection agency will force me than i have only one way to died. so pls i have no single Rs. to pay to bank. now what to do ?

You may file for bankruptcy, if you may afford to meet with the litigation expense.

Request the bank they will give you some time. Else file a case and delay...
