Credit card
I had a credit card in 1996 where i wanted to close the Card ,agents came and took 10000 Rs and issued me the bill and told they will send me the NOC letter but now after 10 years they are comming and asking to pay 3.5 L and i have not recived any account statement , letter to pay from bank ( SCB ) but now agents are comming and asking to settle what to do after 10 years , i am worried

first check the authencity of this agents and contact the bank/company who issued this credit card to you

dont worry and consult a good lawyer and if in delhi you can contact me immediately with the documents.

don't worry .. write a detailed letter to
the bank manager
the customer care credit card division manager,
the customer support manager( credit cards)
... you do not have to pay any more...
the agents are not authorised persons to collect the amount...
.. still you are harassed file a consumer case and also a criminal complaint

Donot worry.Approach the consumer court and file complaint case against the bank.As you had already paid the final ammount so there is no reason to pay any demanded ammount to bank.In case of need contact with details.
