Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I had a credit card in the year 2002 and due to some discrepancy with the bank I did not pay the dues of Rs. 12000.00 now the bank has sold the a/c to another bank and they are demanding Rs.7 lakh.. what can I do ?

how can they demand 7 l for 12000. show their notice to the lawyer for action against the bank.
