creditcard debt

i have no income as i have been out of work for the last three months. I dont have any savings. And its very difficult to pay my bills. i have no assets. what can i do

? the credit card monthly payment cant be afforded.

You may declare bankruptcy by filing insolvency petition in the local trial court.
