creditcard payment

due to lack of job unable to pay my credit card since a few months . what legal actions can be taken, i have not a give a any my property document & also all my property in my father name what will do for this , please give me they take a in jail to me if i dont pay my due payment.

Your facts are insufficient to make any clear opinion.

Yes, the possibility of a jail term cannot be ruled out if it could be estbalished that you have defrauded the credit card company.
