Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear All,

One of the financed vehicle has been seized by forest department for carrying Red Sandal Wood and the case was filed on it and the driver was also caught.

Another vehicle is also seized under Drug Traffic case.

1. Is it possible to get the vehicles out?

2. If so how?

3. Can you provide us the sections and any case for reference if it is possible?

4. I have heard that it is possible to get it out and sold in their presence and deposit the same in the court still the case is completed is it true?

Pls do the needful.
