Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

dear sir,

I had field a case in court for no payment on promesiry note & won the case, & got dicree, but the problem is the looser is not having any kind of moveble or inmoveble property & any kind of buissnes in his name. his age is 68 years What should i do.

you may file an execution and in case the judgment debtor is not having any property, he may be sent to civil prison. it is upto you to send a 68 years old man to prison or not knowing fully well that he has no means to pay. to my mind, your decree stands frustrated.
