Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear Sir, I was offered a SBI CARD from GE Money which I have never used. But they added some Insurance Premium(their own product) and took money from my home (5000). Then I told them to cancel it and I stopped payment. Although I have never used the Card and the Insurance, they have put legal action against me! Can you give me any idea about how to get rid of these unnecessary harasment!

you can approach the consumer court for relief.
