Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir,

i have a parsonal loan from bajaj finence for Rs. 21000/- only in 2007, for 12 EMI. I was regularly paid six EMIs. but deu to unemployment i was uleble to pay other emis. deu to same reason i was left the mumbai and come back to our native place agra.

yesterday i recieve a call from the loyer he said i file acase ageint you, becouse your chaques was bounce. he also said what you want, if you want to sattel the A/c. you will make payment of 58000/-. but i have no money this time. he said if you cant pay the ammount police will arrest you.

Please suggest me what i do.
