Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir.

I have already given my Card Settlement to a Lawyer. But tha salary credited in the account tie with the same. How many month they r not able to block my salary. I am afraid. Even now the recovery peoples come to my home. What to do now. I m highly upset. pls advice.

the settlement should be done through the court and you may show the certified copy of the settlement to recovery agents.
