Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have settle my card. This month is the last EMI (11,500) as per settlement letter. But I tried to convince the executive that I have more liablitities in month of April so kindly manage this mount in 3-4 months.

A collection executive (Kotak card) is threatening me that he has summon for me. You will go jail. Please advice where should I complain against this executive.

No one can land you in jail for this.

Just ask them to give some time. These are hoax calls. dont worry.

They are just trying to scare you . Relax ,no one is going to put you in jail for this reason.
