Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear sir,

I am now talking with bank for settlement. they telling me that they will put my name in CIBIL as settled. i wish to How long or how many year it will be there in CIBIL. When it is removed totally or else may i demand the bank for no due.
