Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Dear Sir
Non Payment of Credit Card outstandings are consider which type of Law,Is it a criminal Law,If a person taking credit card and non clear of his outstanding from India,but now in abroad,if there any problem if he come to India,and in Airport any police men or by Law caught him or anybody stop him.
Please suggest me in this issue.

you need not be scared of the consequences if no notice is served upon you. better hire a lawyer and he would find out whether any litigation is pending against you or not.

Non payment of credit card itself is not a crime and subsequently does not become a criminal case but you have to find out from the bank by sending your representative(s) about the status of your pending bills etc.
