Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear Sir

Non Payment of Credit Card outstandings are consider which type of Law,Is it a criminal Law,Third Party collection agents frequently called and threatening they will charge as Criminal Law.They sent mails like Bank has all right reserves for suit as criminal and Civil cases on you.I am working in abroad now,last two years due to loss of my business i didn't able to clear my credit card outstandings.

Kindly suggest if i will go to India can i caught by Airport.or I will be sue when i will come to India.No notice served but got mail only.

Please suggest me in this issue.
