due payment
I had given money as credit in my relation and he gave me typed paper with his sign as a security,but after 1-5 year he can not refund my money. i have that paper which he gave me a security perpose.can i fill a sue against him for recovery in civil court please suggest me how i can got my money from him.

Please contact personally alongwith the writings and the amount rendered and mode of payment as it is very necessary to have a knowledge about ut.

Limitation to file a suit relating your matter is 3 yrs.

your claim will depend upon the amount, method of payment and the writing you are possessing.

you should consult a local lawyer with all your documents for filing a suit for recovery. Limitation for such cases is usually three years.
