Estrella Batteries Ltd

My father has given deposit to Estrella Batteries Ltd for getting distruibtorship in 1985 lately above company could not return our money so my father has filed case against them in Highcourt lately my father died in 1993 now can i again go to the court to restart the case for getting my money back

It is sixteen years when your father died; the court may require you to establish "sufficient grounds" for condoning this long delay before substituting you as a legal heir to pursue his remedy.
