Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
my father was an government servant he took a persnel loan of Rs130,000 from syndicate bank on oct 2005 and withdrawn some amount balance was in his account,unfortunately he passed away on same month,and the bank people holded the amount which is in my father account and recoverd.after a long time now the bank people is asking to repay the amount withdrawn by my father is it our right to pay that amount or exempted,and thesurity person salary is holding by bank people
