one has filed a case 138 NI act against my cheque which has been stolen or missed . Now pls tell me what motives and points i can arise to protect myself in order to win d case?

did you file any police complaint in this regard. if yes, this would certainly help you in getting the complaint quashed and further initiate criminal proceedings against the person who has forged the signatures on the cheque.
