Format for terms & condition

I have a mlm company. From this mlm plan i want to give assured retrun to my distributor just by double of money in 2 years (i have a project). What language should i have to use when i made a bond/registration letter for my distributor. It should be not binding to me. Can anybody help me on this matter.
