my friend has filed for Insolvency.He wants to go back start working and repay his debtors. How can he go about for getting discharged from his Suit without going to court.He has not attended court since 2 years of silling the case

the case must have been dismissed. you need not to do anything to start the work. discharge debts as u earn.
