Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i have good contact and have taken some business orders through my reference, i now want to give this order to my friend who will fullfill the order on my behalf, i want to make an agreement with him..that he has to pay me a commission for the order that i have given him..what type of document could be made for this.

It would be an Agency Agreement and you will be entitled for agency commission.

Contact a lawyer who can draft a good agreement for you.
