Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am a guarantor to a central govt employee for his personal loan in a nationalised Bank.He is about to retire by 31-May-2011 and has not repaid his loan.Is it possible to attach his 'Leave Salary Encashment ' through court?

If yes,can you please provide rule or citation of judgement for the same. Thanks in Advance

You need to engage a lawyer for attachment etc.By giving you citation or judgment wont help you.
