Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am a guarantor to a personal loan . Is there a case that can be filed to remove me as guarantor by court.

You can withdraw from your guaranorship only if the bank agrees for it. You may be allowed to replace another guarantor in your place which is acceptable to bankers.
