Please guide -owner of a shop is the legal owner of the property he wants the tenent to give the rent split into four equal shares acordingly to (1)him (2) his wife and two of his daughters. thanks.Ajay

in that case,all the family members need to be the owners of tenanted premises otherwise you cannot ask for it. you may split the same at ur end after receiving the same urself.
