Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Am getting harrasement calls from credit card collection agencies..
I am paying my min due every month its just this month i dnt made the
payment bcoz my dad is in hospital and his medical bills are pending...
I wil pay balance in full to dem next month by 15th of nex mnth...pls suggest
what shall i tell dem...coz they told they wil freeze my HDFC salaried a/c..i have
HDFC bank credit card...now am gt my salary in that a/c next month...if a/c
is freezed i will not be able to pay my dads medical bill..nor my housing loan emi,
two wheeler loan..personal loan..n my grocery expenses...pls help me sir
they use profane language...even if i tel be professional

What are they are doing is of course illegal. but you need to settle with them; better you settle out of court and avoid litigation.
